Scottish & Southern Lends Support To Boddam Gala Day

Councillor Stephen Smith has thanked Scottish & Southern Energy for their sponsorship donation for this year’s Boddam Gala Day, which took place on Sunday.

SSE made a contribution of £500 towards the cost of staging the annual event after an approach from Cllr Smith on behalf of Boddam Community Council, who organise the event.

Commenting, Cllr Stephen Smith said:

“I’m delighted that Scottish & Southern Energy have responded so positively to my approach and have supported Boddam Gala so generously.

“Scottish & Southern have supported Boddam Community Council and the village gala for many years now and we are extremely grateful for their contribution once again this year which has helped make this year’s event such a success.”
